Fees (hourly) :

(Please note that payment is due at the time of service. Searcy Pediatric and Adolescent Behavioral Healthcare accepts cash, checks, credit cards, and Health Savings Account credit cards/checks.)

  • Parent Coaching $325 

  • In-Home Behavior Consultation: $250 (Initial) & $189 (follow up);(up to 10-mile radius from Dr. Searcy-Pate's office)

  • Therapy Intake/Initial: $225

  • Therapy Follow-up (Individual): $189

  • Therapy Follow-up (Family or parent only): $175

  • Psychological Assessment/Evaluation: Fees vary based on service/time. Contact Dr. Searcy-Pate for details.

  • Dr. Searcy-Pate does NOT provide forensic or custody evaluations.

  • Dr. Searcy-Pate does NOT provide medication or psychiatric services. I do not have a psychiatrist (MD) on my team. However, community referrals may be given by request.

 

Additional Services:

  • Representation at School Conferences ($225 per hour IEP Representation)

  • $220 per hour Functional Behavioral Analysis

  • $220 per hour Academic Testing

  • $225 per hour Psychological Evaluation

  • $40 per 15 minutes Records Review

Insurance:

Searcy Pediatric and Adolescent Healthcare offers the following options to pay for your services:

  • Cash pay/credit card/Health Savings Account (parent coaching, in-home services, therapy, testing/assessment, consultations/trainings)

  • If you are planning to utilize an additional funding option (e.g., HSA), please provide detailed information and consult with your employer to guarantee payment for mental health services.

  • We are only in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO for consultations/therapy/testing/assessment):

    • If you are out of network, a SuperBill will be provided by Dr. Searcy-Pate after your visit to submit to your insurance for partial or full reimbursement.​

  • Dr. Searcy does not accept HMO, and/or Medicaid plans. Instead, a reduced fee has been implemented for underinsured families. Please contact your customer service line that can be found on your insurance card to locate a provider that does.

 

If your insurance provider is not listed above, you may still qualify for behavioral health services with your insurance provider. Simply contact your insurance provider to determine whether you need pre-authorization for therapy or testing.

If you are seeking services and I do not take your insurance plan, I am happy to provide you with a SuperBill through our Client Portal system for you to submit to your insurance provider for partial or full reimbursement.

 

If your insurance decides not to pay for services received, it is your responsibility to cover the remaining balance. Please check your coverage by calling your insurance provider directly.

 

***If you live outside of the state of Illinois, I currently practice interjurisdictional telepsychology in more than 34 states. Please email and/or contact my office directly for more information.

 

Appointments:

In order to book an appointment, you must provide a valid and up-to-date credit card number. Once your appointment is booked, you will return a signed credit card authorization form within 24 hours in order to confirm your appointment. Thank you for your prompt response.

  • New Clients: For all new clients, you will be required to complete all required forms online prior to your initial appointment.

  • Returning Clients: If you have not been seen in 3 months or more, you will be required to complete a new Informed Consent and Credit Card authorization form. Additional forms may be needed from you.

  • Cancellation Policy: If you do not show for your scheduled appointment or cancel within less than 24 hours (1 business day, Mon-Fri) notice, you consent to be charged and are required to pay $150.00 for the missed session/late cancellation. Occasional exceptions occur if it is agreed that a late cancellation was unavoidable (e.g., illness, family emergency, etc.).

  • To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must contact Searcy Pediatric and Adolescent Behavioral Healthcare directly by phone/text (312-471-3758) or email (jsearcy@searcypediatrics.org). Your insurance company will not pay for late cancellations and no shows. It is solely your responsibility. You are required to keep a valid and up-to-date credit card on file.
