If your insurance provider is not listed and you are located in the state of Illinois, you may still qualify for behavioral health services with your insurance provider. Simply contact your insurance provider to determine whether you need pre-authorization for therapy or testing.

If you are seeking services and I do not take your insurance plan, I am happy to provide you with a SuperBill through our Client Portal system for you to submit to your insurance provider for partial or full reimbursement.

If your insurance decides not to pay for services received, it is your responsibility to cover the remaining balance. Please check your coverage by calling your insurance provider directly.
